I was born in Shanghai, China. I received the Ph.D. degree in control science and engineering from the School of Information Science and Engineering, East China University of Science and Technology, Shanghai, China, in 2010. Fortunately, I got an opportunity from Prof. Pfurtscheller and Prof. Neuper to work as an joint supervised Ph.D student for two years (from Sep. 2008 to June. 2010) in the Laboratory of Brain-Computer Interfaces (Graz BCI) at Institute for Knowledge Discovery, Graz, Austria. Currently, I am working as a Professor at the School of Information Science and Engineering, East China University of Science and Technology, Shanghai, China.
